Children in the first year of education at St.John's are taught in one reception class. The foundation curriculum is taught through play, discovery and first hand experience in the six areas of learning.
The teachers visit the children in their own homes before they start school. The children have a staggered start and come to school part-time for the first few weeks to ensure they settle into the new setting. |
