'We started using Orton St Johns support in September after using another provider.  Since this time, we believe that the systems put in place are more effective.   The in house training has really moved the school forward by most small issues being able to be dealt with quickly and effectively. Larger issues, that we are unable to address ourselves, are resolved quickly and hassle free during the weekly visit.   The help desk is an excellent way of recording our ICT issues and is fit for purpose according to the BECTA fits suggested system.  The termly cluster meetings are informative and excellent for networking; sharing our visions for our schools and discussing good practice.  We are very happy with the service that we are receiving and look forward to working with Orton St Johns in the future'
