Help us to help our neighbours by inviting them into our homes to eat with us. Remind us to be quiet in our houses to let our neighbours know that we care. Please show us how to be friendly and provide the things those who live around us need.

We thank you for putting joy and peace into the world for everyone. Please God give us courage to help the poor. We thank you for making all of the wonderful things which make this world a happier place.

Dear Holy Father
Help us at St John’s to become one big collaborative team, by supporting each other in our work and play, so that we learn and grow together.
Help us to control our behaviour both in the classroom and on the playground and to bring happiness and laughter into our learning.
Let us know that we are all special and help us show respect for our school and our community.

Lord thank you for all the different relationships we have. Help us to take care of the friends that we are lucky enough to have, and to be thankful for friends who encourage us to get our work done. Show us how to be a friend to others in the same way that you are a friend to us.
