Climbing 1/3 of a Mountain

On Thursday, Year 4 travelled all the way to the Peak District, where we climbed Thorpe Cloud (a hill that was about 1/3 the size of a mountain).

The trek was a little tricky, and resulted in a few falls, but with collaboration and perseverance, we all successfully made in to the breath-taking summit. On the way back down, we took a short cut across the Dovedale Stepping Stones, which were picturesque. While it was tiring and a little tricky, lots of the children are already requesting to go again, 'next week'.
