As part of our topic looking at how the choices we make have an impact on the world, Year 1 have started thinking about people who have changed the world. We were very lucky to have a visit from the team at the charity Barnardo's this morning to learn all about the history of Thomas Barnardo and the important charity work that they continue to do today. We are now experts on the great man and are looking forward to writing stories all about him later on in the week!
