I very much enjoyed my visit this morning, joining children for their last Stibbington breakfast. They have clearly had a fantastic time, are enjoying each other’s company and learning lots about the environment and sustainability. The thing which has stuck with me most from my visit this morning is how confident and independent the children are, preparing and clearing their own breakfasts, packing their bags and organising their own rooms...all with big smiles on their faces! A huge thanks goes out to Miss Moles, Miss Cross, Mrs Joseph and Mr Richmond for giving their time to make this such a positive and memorable experience for the children. The care they have received over the past few days has clearly been ‘second to none’ ...except for that of their own families of course! I’m sure they (and you!) will be delighted to be reunited this afternoon. I have no doubt that they will have many stories to tell!
