My teaching career began when I returned to my old primary school and had the opportunity to learn from the very teachers who once taught me. Their kindness, patience, and passion for education left a lasting impact on me as a student, and now as a teacher, their influence continues to shape my approach. That experience taught me the value of being an understanding and supportive presence in the classroom. Something I strive to embody in my own teaching. My goal is to make sure every student feels seen, supported, and valued.

Working at St John’s is truly fulfilling, as it provides me with the chance to make a positive impact each day. I find great joy in supporting children as they learn and grow. Seeing their confidence build as they explore new concepts, ask insightful questions, and develop a passion for learning is incredibly rewarding. I’m committed to helping every child reach their potential and flourish in their own way. There’s nothing more gratifying than witnessing their success, knowing I’ve contributed to their journey.
