AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS CLUBS START: Week commencing November the 4th Nov

Monday: Y1 - Y3 Athletics / Gymnastics - 15 places

Tuesday: Y4 - Y6 Hockey - 16 Places

Thursday: Y1 & y2 Gifted and Talented

Friday: Y5 & Y6 Football Team - Invite only

You will receive a text message confirming your child's place in their chosen club.

If you do not receive a text message confirming their place, your child's name will be placed on the club waiting list and you will be contacted when a place becomes available.

Please be advised that returning this form does not guarantee your child's place on the club.

Mr Richmond and Mrs Corleys will make the final decision based on the forms handed in.

If a pupil shows poor behaviour repeatedly, their place in the club may be passed to

the next child on the waiting list.

Tuesday: Gardening ( Years 3 to 6 ) - 6 Place ( Mrs Henson )

Tuesday: International Relations ( Years 3 to 6 ) - 20 Places ( Mrs Pender )

Thursday: Art Award Club ( Invite Only ( Mrs Salisbury )

Thursday: Family Fun Thursday ( Mr Nay )

Clubs will run from 3.15pm to 4.00pm for seven weeks from Monday 4th November.

Family Fun Thursday will start at 8am
