We had such a lovely session this morning. Learning how to move and animate Scratch the cat with a simple key press .
This session really opened up conversation, exploring how programs are made and how we have to deal with the challenges along the way. 'Attention to detail' is so critical when coding and we found this out when a few of our programs behaved unexpectedly.
We all worked together as team, with some fantastic support from Mr McLaughlan who came in to support us along our way.
I would also like to thank Daniel, who as a year 6 student, showed incredible knowledge and pushed me in my learning. Resulting in us having two types of code to do the same thing. Well done Daniel!!
