On Friday 5th November, Year 6 expanded their learning on the Ancient Maya civilisation through a trip to Cadbury World.
We found out all about how Ancient Maya used the precious cacao bean as their currency, about their counting system and beliefs. The children amazed us with the links they made between their learning in school and during their workshop with a specialist. They thoroughly deserved their chocolate treats and 4D experience! What an amazing day.
