Exploring where we belong...

Year 1 had a fabulous trip to Peterborough City Centre on Tuesday. We learnt lots about the special places in Peterborough and we felt a really great sense of belonging in our community, particularly in the calm of our beautiful cathedral. Year 1 decided that their favourite places were the cathedral because it was quiet and peaceful and the museum because there was a giant elephant's skull! There was so much to see and do we could have stayed all day! We are now reflecting on our trip in our writing.
