Last week, Miss Mortley and Mrs Mason attended a maths residential with the Cambridge maths hub to develop their understanding of the Five Big Ideas of teaching for mastery in depth and focus on the specialist subject knowledge required to design lessons that unfold the maths for all children.
They even met the creator of maths mastery herself!
