Not as easy as Pi

Writer's picture: Lucy KentLucy Kent
On Thursday, Mrs Harwood took four Year 5 mathematicians to The King's School to take part in the Primary Maths Challenge.

The whole day consisted of different mathematical challenges: needing to display the skills of speed, accuracy, team work and resilience and our team showed that throughout.

Although we didn't win the competition, the girls scored a very impressive 149 points and should feel very proud of how they displayed respect, responsibility and readiness at all times.

We're already planning how we can beat that score next year!
