On Tuesday this week the team at QD stores in the Orton Centre, who had closed the evening before, donated a range of vegetable plants to us at St John's.
Most of the plants have been used in the gardens at St John's, Winyates and Barnack schools and some have gone home with children of key workers who have been coming in to school every day.
We look forward to a few months time when we can sample the delicious vegetables that we grow!
