FACE COVCERINGS

Dear Parents and Carers,
We understand that many of you may wish for your children to wear a face covering to/from school and/or during the school day, despite this not being mandatory for primary-aged children. To support this, we have created a simple poster to show the steps we take in school to ensure that these are worn, removed and stored safely. These posters will be displayed in school as a reminder for adults (and children who wish to wear a face covering).
We are happy to provide a plastic zip-lock bag for your child/ren to safely store their face covering when they are not wearing it in school. These can be named and will be the child's responsibility to look after.
As always, hand sanitiser is readily available in classrooms and all around school so there is no additional need for you to provide this from home.
The motto 'Hands - Face - Space' is still very much at the forefront of maintaining safety for the adults and children who remain in school.
