Thank you so much for your generosity in sending food for our Harvest collection for Peterborough Foodbank. It was a wonderfully kind response from you all that has blessed others in our city that are in need at this time.
Previously, as a school, we have supported Operation Christmas Child. This is a project that enables children to send a shoebox full of gifts to a child that would otherwise not receive any gifts for Christmas.
We have decided to participate and send 50 boxes of gifts this year. We hope to be part of bringing joy to the lives of children just like our own. We only have 2 weeks to fill and pack our boxes before they need to be sent on 14th November to arrive in time for Christmas.
This is where we need your help. Please could you look at the gift ideas below and send in what you can. Our prayer leaders will be packing the boxes and we will be having a non-uniform day on 14th November to raise money towards shipping costs. We want to thank you once again for all the ways in which your support helps us to be a caring community.
Thank you
Mrs Riddy and the Prayer Leaders
